You are wholly responsible for any content that you provide to us or our Site or that you transfer to other users of our Site (collectively, “Member Content”). You must be at least 13 years old to use our Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected any personal information from anyone under 13, we will immediately delete that information per the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and any other applicable laws. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our Site and become a Member, but you must get approval and permission from your parent or guardian before ordering any Products.

Rockridge is Operated in the United States

Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are located in any other country or region, please be aware that any information you provide us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site or our services, or otherwise providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

California privacy rights requests must include the reference "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line and body of the message, and must include your email address or mailing address, if applicable, for us to send our response. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests that fail to follow the above instructions or are submitted to any address other than to the addresses specified in the paragraph above.
