Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are located in any other country or region, please be aware that any information you provide us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site or our services, or otherwise providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

California privacy rights requests must include the reference "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line and body of the message, and must include your email address or mailing address, if applicable, for us to send our response. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests that fail to follow the above instructions or are submitted to any address other than to the addresses specified in the paragraph above.
